What You'll Do

• Perform electrical installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial building systems.

• Maintain and repair electrical distribution systems, lighting, emergency power, transfer switches, UPS systems, generators, and building automation systems.

• Support the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, access control systems, doors, gates, building envelope systems, and other facility components.

• Conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and complete quality control audits to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Provide technical support, guidance, and training to maintenance teams when needed.

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to maintenance requests and resolving facility issues.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial electrical experience.

• Working knowledge of electrical codes, laws, and safety regulations.

• NFPA 70E Certification required.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial building electrical systems.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, web-based work order systems, and handheld mobile devices.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Completion of a vocational electrical program or apprenticeship.

• Experience working in commercial facilities maintenance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, stand, and work in confined spaces as needed.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory or work within a designated campus environment.
