Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a talented team to deliver individualized math instruction in a group setting
• Assess student progress and engagement during sessions
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student achievements
• Teach using the proven Mathnasium Method in-center, online, or hybrid formats
• Utilize digital educational tools to enhance learning experiences
• Maintain a safe, professional, and fun learning environment
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth center operations

Qualifications

• Passion for math and enthusiasm for working with children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow through continuous training
• Strong math skills through at least Pre-Calculus level
• Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on teaching
