Maintenance Technician Job Summary: Pridestaff is working with a local manufacturer that is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will maintain and troubleshoot automated production equipment and robotic systems. The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate has at least 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of robotic systems. The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, direct-hire position in Webster, NY

- Troubleshoot, Repair, Adjust & Service Automated Robots & Auxiliary Equipment
- Provide & Follow a Thorough Preventative Maintenance Program to Include Cleaning & Lubrication of Machinery
- Assemble Component Parts
- Maintain Inventory of Supplies
- Perform Repairs on Defective Circuit Boards, Sensors & Motors
- Ensure Accurate Service Records are Maintained
- Repair & Program Controller & End-of-arm tools
- Read, Understand & Follow Machine Operation Manuals to Identify Problems
- Respond to Emergency Equipment Breakdowns
- Manage & Prioritize Tasks to Achieve the Necessary Goals
- Follow All Company Safety Policies & Procedures
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 3-4 years of Mechanical Experience & Knowledge of Robotic Systems
- Must be able to Read & Understand Blueprints & Operation Manuals
- Must be Experienced Using Hand Tools & Mechanical Testing Equipment; Welding & Plumbing Experience is a plus
- Have Basic Math Skills & Computer Proficiency
- The Ability to be Proactive & Identify Potential Issues & Take Precautions Before Equipment Failure
- Must Be Able to Communicate Clearly (Both Verbal & Written)
- Must be Able to Stand, Walk, Balance, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch & Crawl
- Must be Able to Lift to 50 Lbs
- Must be Over 18 Years of Age
- Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
- Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.
