You will serve as a product “CEO” an expert in addressing internal and external issues to improve the functionality of the LiveSwitch Communication Platform. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our development, sales, and marketing teams. The responsibilities of this role are diverse and will include product testing, technical support, conducting client focus groups, enterprise sales, and marketing.

What you will be doing

\n
• Managing the development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements for the LiveSwitch Communication Platform.
\n
• Providing excellent customer service through technical support, product improvements, and client follow-up.
\n
• Developing subject matter expertise and enhancing products based on client feedback.
\n
• Providing superior quality assurance through product testing. 
\n
• Individuals in this role will be working at least 60+ hours per week.

What We’re Looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.8+.
\n
• 1 - 4 years of relevant work experience.
\n
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution.
\n
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. An entrepreneurial ethos with a drive for measurable success. Startup experience is a plus.

• A proven leader and self-starter.
