Job Opportunity: General Foreman - Transmission (Electrical Construction) We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Foreman with expertise in transmission construction to join our dynamic team. As a General Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of transmission construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate transmission construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Crew Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety standards to ensure the well-being of all team members on-site.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work quality to meet or exceed project specifications and industry standards.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
- Equipment Utilization: Operate and oversee the use of construction equipment to maintain project progress and productivity.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in transmission construction, with hands-on experience in ACSR/ACSS projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using construction equipment and interpreting technical drawings and project plans.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
