Responsible for providing administrative support for both the property and corporate staff. Responsibilities include: Engage residents and connect them with resources and services. Plan and coordinate workshops, events, and community programs. Partner with onsite staff and Rainbow Housing to deliver high-quality services. Maintain records and submit monthly reports on program outcomes. Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all residents. Requirements: Background in social services, education, community engagement, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working with diverse populations; bilingual a plus. Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with multiple partners.
