Perks: Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay: $39.31 p/h Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Siemens guidelines, company policies, and local accounting requirements. Maintain accurate project financial records, budgets, forecasts, and reporting within SAP and other business systems. Support Project Managers in achieving project financial targets, including revenue, gross profit, cash flow, and overall project performance. Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies and action plans. Participate in contract administration and claims management activities, working closely with Project Managers and Contract Managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Finance, Project Management, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Project Management. Experience supporting project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and financial reporting. Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems used for project accounting and financial management. Understanding of project risk management, contract administration, and claims processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills. Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
