About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its In-Home and Prevention Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative leadership and operational oversight of intensive in-home services and home visiting programs. This role involves ensuring the fidelity of various family-centered treatment models, monitoring program performance, and managing the budget to meet fiscal goals. The Executive Director will also be involved in strategic planning, providing direct supervision to program supervisors, and serving as a liaison with community partners and various government agencies. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, be at least 21 years old, and meet a series of background and health checks. The role requires a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, family systems, and behavioral health care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, including the ability to develop and motivate staff, manage innovation, and build effective teams. They should be adept at handling multiple priorities, making independent decisions, and working with a diverse population. The Executive Director will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours as needed.
