•Job Title: Urologist
•Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
•Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
•Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services
•Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
•Coverage Period: Ongoing FACILITY INFORMATION
•Surgical Suites: 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center
•Robotic Systems: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available
•Call Schedule: 1:3
•Hospital Coverage: Single hospital coverage
•Administrative Support: Strong and supportive leadership and staff PATIENT INFORMATION
•Patient Demographics: Adult patients
•Case Mix: General urology and surgical cases PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Hospital Privileges: Required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Salary: Competitive base salary ($550,000+) plus production bonus
•Relocation Assistance: Provided
•Loan Repayment: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status)
•Insurance: - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance
•Retirement Plan: Included
•CME and PTO: Provided REQUIRED PROCEDURES
•General urologic surgeries
•Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility
•Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
•Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
•Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies
•Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
