We're working to transform AAA for the next century with a mission to create Members for life by unleashing the innovative spirit of our Team Members.Responsibilities:Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during the repair of their vehicles via rideshare, rental or company vehiclePerforms needed clerical or administrative duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents within the location ,Receive parts and process returnsCreate, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not availableAnswer phones when necessaryAssist with invoicing and processing payments when necessaryOther duties as assigned by managerNote: May require travel to different locations on an as needed basisKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the role, as justified for business necessityEffective organization, interpersonal and negotiation skillsAbility to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business needMath and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and emailMember service focusEducation & Experience/ Licenses & CertificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry requiredValid driver license and acceptable driving recordWork Environment/Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and or carry up to 40lbsSitting, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting#LI-JM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Automobile Association
