Job Title Registered Client Service Associate (Series 7 required) – Scottsdale, AZ Overview A Scottsdale-based investment firm seeks a Registered Client Service Associate to support two Senior Financial Advisors, assisting with day-to-day operational support for their high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Responsibilities On-board new clients, assist with wires, ADV’s, and process client requests. Interact daily with HNW clients, answering and responding to client requests. Assist with team marketing events, develop marketing materials, and update the CRM. Qualifications 2+ years of client service experience within a broker‑dealer or RIA. Series 7 license required. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently. Benefits Competitive compensation package. Full suite of benefits including medical, vision, and 401(k).
