Are you a creative marketer and brand strategist who excels at turning property portfolios into engaging, lease-driving experiences?

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to elevate our property portfolio across all digital and physical touchpoints. This key, full-time role is perfect for a self-starter who balances digital listing accuracy and data analytics with hands-on content creation and on-site staging readiness.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Digital Listings & Platforms: Maintain accurate property data, virtual tours, and availability across corporate software, websites, and ILS listing platforms. Conduct routine audits, archive outdated media, and troubleshoot platform access.
  • Drive Content & Social Media: Design on-brand digital and print collateral—including social media posts, short-form videos, signage, and leasing displays. Draft copy, manage content calendars, and ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) standards.
  • Lead On-Site Readiness & Staging: Perform site visits to assess visual appeal, assist in staging model units and leasing offices, and coordinate professional photo/video shoots and vendor sourcing.
  • Audit Analytics & Cross-Functional Support: Audit lead-source mappings across CRM and software platforms, produce campaign reports for executive decision-making, and deliver templates and support to on-site teams.
