divh2Job Description/h2pMajor Function:/ppProvides professional nursing care to lactating mother/baby couplets. Meets the needs of patient/resident family and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Complies with Inspira policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice and regulatory bodies./ppQualifications:/ppEducation Experience: You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC Hired on or before August 4, 2015 IMCW Hired on or before May 31, 2023 IMCM Must have documented clinical hours to sit for IBCLC exam Two years (2) applicable RN Lactation experience or greater required./ppCertification/Licensure: Current active RN licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law. American Heart Association BLS required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP required. IBCLC certification required.
