Carrier Management Section Manager

As the Carrier Management Section Manager in the Plan Management Division, where you will lead a dedicated team of Plan Managers responsible for overseeing Qualified Health and Dental Plans statewide. In this leadership role, you will plan, direct, and evaluate section work focused on relationship management, contract oversight, and certification/recertification support for contracted health and dental plan carriers. As a key subject matter expert on carrier management, you will serve as a primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and ensure carrier performance aligns with Covered California’s mission.
