Project Coordinator

Overview:Creates and maintains provider schedule to ensure appropriate staffing resourcesJob Description Summary:Coordinates project activities, schedules meetings, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion of tasks.Job Description:Essential Functions:Assists with the development of project plans and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.Coordinates project meetings and communicates updates to team members.Monitors project progress alongside project manager and identifies any potential risks or issues.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.Prepares and maintains project documentation and reports.Assists in budget tracking and resource allocation for the project.Contributes to projects and serves as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility.Education Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience, required.Skills:Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and efficiently provide time management.Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work well independently.Experience:One year of program or project support, required.Physical Requirements:OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Climb stairs/ladder, Flexing/extending of neck, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Reaching above shoulder, Squat/kneelFREQUENTLY: Color vision, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Repetitive hand/arm use, Standing, WalkingCONTINUOUSLY: Audible speech, Computer skills, Decision Making, Depth perception, Hearing acuity, Interpreting Data, Peripheral vision, Problem solving, Seeing – Far/near, Sitting"The above list of duties is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this classification.
