Target annual commission: $13,200.00 Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Medical, Dental, Vision. 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. PTO eligibility after 30 days up to 19 days annually. 5‑day, 40‑hour work week. More personal time daily than the average retail or wireless role. What You’ll Do You’ll work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will: Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections. Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
