Prepares food according to recipes and customer requests, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

Utilizes basic ingredients to perform basic cooking techniques according to established recipes; sauting, grilling, frying, roasting, and/or preparation of basic dough to create pastries, cakes and baked goods

• Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking.
• Observes and tests foods being cooked to determine that it is cooked.
• Carves meats, portions food on serving plates, adds sauces and garnishes to complete food order.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Three or more years related experience and/or training preferred.

Must be available to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends.

Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.

Regularly required to see, hear and smell; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and hot working conditions.
