Commercial Roofing Inspector

Commerical Roofing Inspector
Location: Burbank, CA (In-Person)
Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
Monday - Friday, 8-hour days - no weekend work
Company truck provided for field work
Health and dental insurance What You'll Do Inspect commercial low-slope roofs (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR) and identify defects, leaks, and code deficiencies
Assess roof and flashing system conditions and recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement scopes
Support estimators with field measurements, material takeoffs, and proposal input
Maintain accurate daily field logs and inspection records
Perform routine roof maintenance and punch-list repairs as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing or construction experience (required)
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, defects, and California Building Code
Ability to accurately document and report findings
Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
