Phlebotomist

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Hilton Head, SC, working across multiple sites with the following schedule: Monday – Tuesday: 7:00am – 11:00am at Dr. Gigante and 12:00pm – 5:00pm at Uniplus. Wednesday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm at Uniplus. Friday: 8:30am – 12:00pm at Uniplus. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostics. Accurately enter patient information into the system in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Execute administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program, or at least three months of experience as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards Certification or training must come from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
