We are looking for a Clinic Director who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. This position provides leadership, management, supervision, patient care, and administrative support to the assigned clinic. The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall success of their clinic and the performance and productivity of all employees under their supervision.

Summary of duties:

• Manage clinic staffing needs and scheduling, and provide ongoing training and mentorship to clinical and support staff.
• Offer technical direction to clinical staff on evaluation and treatment of patients.
• Approve time off requests and timecards, ensuring compliance with status and hour requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate EMR documentation completion.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives and enhance clinic culture.
• Lead staff to provide quality care and customer service while maintaining clinic financial success.
• Monitor reports, implement strategic plans, and ensure clinic equipment and supply maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Work includes prolonged periods at a computer and occasional lifting, bending, and standing.
• Position is located at the IRG clinic and requires transportation to and from the work site.
