U.S. Bank is seeking a CRE Underwriter to support the homebuilder finance portfolio by underwriting and monitoring credit exposure for privately held builders and sponsors. You will work with origination and portfolio management teams from initial evaluation through ongoing monitoring. Responsibilities include financial statement spreading, covenant testing, credit analysis, and presenting credit requests for approvals while ensuring compliance with bank policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
