WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Salesforce Administrator independently administers and supports the Salesforce platform across multiple applications. The role maintains stable operations, secure access, data integrity, and platform standards; evaluates configuration and enhancement requests; resolves platform issues; and partners with stakeholders to support business requirements and continuous platform improvement.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Salesforce Administration & User Support
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, and public groups.
  • Support user onboarding, access requests, troubleshooting, and day-to-day platform administration.
  • Maintain and configure Salesforce features, including record types, page layouts, flows, reports, and dashboards, based on established business and platform requirements.
• Security, Access & Compliance
  • Manage sharing settings, IP restrictions, Shield Encryption, and security controls.
  • Review elevated-access requests for alignment with established security requirements and coordinate approvals with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support compliance, audit, PII, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor platform security health, identify risks, and recommend improvements within established security standards.
• Platform Operations & Environment Management
  • Manage sandbox provisioning, backups, and environment access.
  • Perform platform health checks, monitoring, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate Salesforce seasonal releases, platform upgrades, and issue resolution with Salesforce Support.
  • Support data loads, data quality initiatives, and configuration management activities.
• Platform Governance
  • Review and assess requests for new fields, objects, automation, reports, integrations, and configuration changes, and provide recommendations through established governance processes.
  • Evaluate solutions for alignment with platform standards, security requirements, and governance processes.
  • Recommend improvements to automation, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
  • Maintain platform documentation, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Minimum 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting complex or enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce administration across applicable clouds and enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security models, user access, data management, configuration, and environment administration.
• Ability to configure flows, objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and related platform features.
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve moderately complex platform and user issues.
• Ability to evaluate requests and recommend solutions consistent with established standards.
• Knowledge of platform governance, audit, compliance, and data-protection requirements.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver accurate work with limited supervision.
• Ability to identify process and automation improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
