Overview Join the Covered California team as a Senior Utilization & Cost Insights Specialist (Research Data Specialist II) in the Plan Management Division. You will independently lead statewide healthcare utilization and cost research that informs the annual benefit design process for Qualified Health and Dental plans. As the primary lead, you’ll apply data skills to validate data for consistency and identify patterns, trends, and gaps used in the final benefit design package. Experience conducting complex quantitative analysis of multiple complex datasets. Experience communicating findings of complex research to experts and non-experts. Experience managing competing priorities and completing tasks in a timely manner. Experience assessing the quality and fidelity of various data sources.
