Creative Director

Leading creative direction for priority workstreams, the full-time Senior Manager, Creative Direction will translate the Executive Creative Director's vision into actionable creative routes, elevate brand experiences across physical and digital touchpoints, and manage creative reviews while utilizing AI-assisted workflows. Key responsibilities Lead creative direction across campaigns, events, and digital experiences, ensuring cohesive and modern brand alignment Translate vision into actionable concepts, moodboards, and design systems while building scalable creative toolkits Coach designers and partners, providing feedback and resources that enhance team capabilities in brand experience and storytelling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 9+ years of experience in brand, visual, motion, or experience design across digital and physical applications 2+ years in a lead or creative direction capacity with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-craft creative direction Experience with generative AI or modern creative workflows for concepting and scalable system development Strong understanding of brand governance and quality standards across various media and experiences
