Associate Creative Director

Partnering with internal teams and clients, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Art will drive the strategic direction of innovative pharmaceutical marketing initiatives while managing creative projects and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets in a primarily remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and drive the strategic direction of client deliverables and new business initiatives Lead and provide project-specific oversight to the internal Creative team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Conceptualize innovative brand experiences and present creative ideas to clients while managing feedback effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic arts, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' creative design experience at a medical communications or advertising agency Proven history of leading creative activities across multiple media forms (e.g., print, digital, video, interactive) In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design software and Microsoft Office Suite Agency experience on pharmaceutical accounts is preferred
