To support agency growth through new business initiatives, the full-time salaried VP, Associate Creative Director, Art will lead visual creative development for pitches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and create compelling visual narratives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the visual creative development of new business opportunities, including pitch concepts and presentation design Drive and coordinate multiple workstreams within each pitch opportunity, ensuring cohesive strategic and creative vision Develop compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate complex strategic, scientific, and commercial concepts Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or a related field Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities Strong understanding of healthcare communications and pharmaceutical marketing, including industry nuances Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional pitch opportunities involving multiple stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
