Position OverviewAccuWeather is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to join its growing HR team. This role leads the full-cycle recruiting function and early-career talent strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires diverse, high-quality candidates that align with AccuWeather's culture and business goals. The Manager will serve as a key partner to hiring leaders across the organization and will play a central role in building a robust talent pipeline for the future.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract diverse, high-quality candidates across all functionsPartner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelinesOversee employer branding initiatives to position AccuWeather as an employer of choiceOptimize recruiting processes, ATS workflow and automation, reporting, and metrics including time-to-fill and quality of hireEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the full hiring lifecycleManage and continuously improve employee onboarding programming through the first 90 daysInternship & Early Career Program DevelopmentDesign and manage a structured internship and early-career talent program aligned with business needsBuild and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations to create a strong talent pipelineEstablish program goals, curricula, and meaningful project-based experiences for internsCreate and manage clear pathways from internship participation to full-time employmentMeasure program success through conversion rates, performance outcomes, and participant feedbackPromote AccuWeather's brand on campuses and within early-career networksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)5–8+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience, including team or program leadershipProven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and employer brandingExperience designing and managing internship or early-career programsProficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; comfort with talent analyticsExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic talent sourcing and pipeline developmentData-driven decision-making and recruiting metrics analysisRelationship-building with candidates, hiring managers, and university partnersStrong organizational and project management skillsEmployer branding and candidate experience designProficiency with AI tools and platforms is required, including demonstrated ability to leverage AI to enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven talent decisionsSuccess MetricsImproved quality of hire and reduced time-to-fill across open rolesStrong intern-to-full-time conversion rates and program satisfaction scoresExpanded and diversified talent pipeline through university and campus partnershipsPositive candidate and new hire onboarding experience scoresImplementation of AI initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline HR workflows, and support data-driven talent decisionsBenefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive healthcare and dental benefits. 401(k) retirement plan with 50% company match.
