Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies Administer compensation and benefits programs Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role Knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Food industry, manufacturing, food manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred Compensation: Full benefits including insurance, paid time off, retirement and more Salary commensurate with experience but likely in the $100,000 to $115,000 range If you are passionate about cultivating a positive work environment, fostering professional growth, and ensuring the well-being of our employees, we want to hear from you!
