Position Overview As a Utility Specialist , you will ensure the efficient organization, stocking, and replenishment of products in our warehouse. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe workspace, accurately stocking merchandise, and ensuring product availability for our members. Key Responsibilities Accurately stock and replenish products in designated areas following inventory guidelines. Safely operate pallet jacks and other equipment for stocking and inventory organization. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and unpacking incoming deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate stocking. Provide excellent customer service to members and support team operations as needed. Qualifications 1 year of experience in stocking, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred. 1 year of experience with pallet jacks is preferred. Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF scanners (preferred). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Willingness to work occasional weekends or flexible shifts as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
