Operations Coordinator – Henderson, NV | $55,000–$60,000 | Full-Time Company: All Star Agency Location: Henderson, NV (On-site | Las Vegas area) Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 DOE About the Role We're hiring an Operations Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue across our fulfillment, customer service, partnerships, and social media teams. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role built for someone who thrives on structure, catches details others miss, and takes real ownership in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner directly with leadership and department leads to keep operations running smoothly, standards consistently high, and projects moving forward without dropped balls. What You’ll Own Fulfillment Operations Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center workflows to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Monitor for bottlenecks and proactively flag issues before they elevate Maintain accurate records and report on key fulfillment metrics Customer Service Quality Control Conduct daily QC reviews of the CS call center — including live and recorded call monitoring Review inbound and outbound CS emails for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency Identify training opportunities and communicate actionable feedback to the CS team Track QC findings and surface recurring patterns to leadership Project Management & Team Accountability Own task lists and deadlines across departments, keeping commitments on track Run regular check-ins and status updates to keep projects moving Identify blockers early and help coordinate solutions across teams Maintain organized project tracking using shared tools and spreadsheets Partnerships Support Pull and compile performance data and reporting for partner accounts Distribute partner links and assets as needed Serve as a first-line contact for basic partner inquiries; elevate complex issues to leadership Social Media Help manage, schedule, and engage on organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more) Review posts for accuracy, brand voice, and consistency before publishing Monitor comments and messages, responding or routing appropriately Support content planning and light content coordination What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in an operations, coordinator, or project management support role Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and follow through without reminders Strong task management skills and a natural bias toward accountability Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel — formulas, tracking, and reporting are second nature Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-output environment Quick to learn new tools and software Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) is a strong plus Background in e-commerce or digital brand operations is a bonus Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive Salary: $55,000–$60,000 DOE Health Insurance 401(k) Generous PTO — we measure success by impact, not hours logged Brand-new, state-of-the-art office with stunning views of Las Vegas High-visibility role with real ownership across the business from day one Collaborative, high-energy team culture that celebrates wins and invests in people Room to grow with a company that rewards initiative and results All Star Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
