What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production standards
- Maintain food safety compliance and health code regulations
- Train, develop, and schedule kitchen team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Lead by example during peak service periods
What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of kitchen management or lead cook experience
- Current food safety certification (ServSafe or state equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen staff
- Comfort managing high-volume, fast-paced service
- Commitment to food quality and operational excellence
