Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered care while demonstrating strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Exhibit effective organizational and leadership abilities. Understand and address the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of patients across various age groups. The role requires physical stamina including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, and may involve exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.

Education and Certifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Experience and Skills

• Experience in medical surgical telemetry nursing preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage charge nurse duties as assigned
