Assembly Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role involves mechanical and electronic assembly of advanced technology components.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electronic assembly using hand and torque tools
Assemble components such as circuit boards, motors, and optical assemblies
Conduct soldering, wiring, inspection, and repair work
Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings
Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
Work in a cleanroom environment with PPE

Required Skills:

2+ years of mechanical/electronic assembly experience
Experience with soldering and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP/CMES or similar systems
Technical certification or Associate degree

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long hours (812 hours)
Repetitive hand movements and fine assembly work
Ability to lift light to moderate materials
