Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Description St. Peter's Addiction Recovery Center offers comprehensive services for individuals and families affected by drug or alcohol abuse with respect and compassion. Our Guilderland Clinic is seeking a skilled, client centered professional with 2–3 years of experience working in an addiction or behavioral related field with skills in planning, and leading addiction group therapy and individual treatment sessions. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive addiction and behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, assessment, and treatment planning to support patients and families impacted by substance use disorders. Responsibilities Develop and implement treatment plans Work with individuals, groups and communities to improve mental health Conduct intakes, individual, group and family therapy What You Will Need Associate's degree and CASAC-T certification required Minimum 2 years of experience working in an addiction or behavioral related field with skills in planning, leading addiction group therapy, and individual treatment sessions Strong writing and communication skills required; knowledge of working with community agencies and managed care representatives desired Experience working with a diverse population and a strong understanding of multicultural issues preferable Pay Range Pay Range: $25.85 – $37.66 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
