To drive national awareness into localized B2B leads, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will manage paid digital advertising campaigns, oversee content operations, and architect user journeys to enhance lead acquisition and mission impact. Key responsibilities Lead and manage all paid digital advertising campaigns across key channels while ensuring optimization and performance tracking Direct the content operations for the Project Equity blog and EO Equals website, focusing on conversion rate optimization and user engagement Own the strategic deployment of email nurture campaigns and lead magnet initiatives to enhance audience segmentation and database growth Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing within a B2B environment 4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid B2B digital advertising campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google Proven success in architecting digital user journeys and implementing conversion-rate optimization strategies Experience managing an editorial calendar and repurposing complex content into engaging marketing materials High proficiency with project management and marketing automation tools, including CRM-integrated workflows
