Energy Engineer II

The Energy Engineer II is a mid-level technical role responsible for performing energy analyses, facility assessments, commissioning support, and whole-building energy modeling as part of PARTNER's Energy & Sustainability consulting team. This role contributes directly to project execution and client deliverables, while taking on increasing responsibility in project coordination, technical problem-solving, and small-project management.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in building systems and energy analysis and is ready to grow into greater technical and project leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities include conducting energy audits, performing whole-building energy modeling, analyzing HVAC, lighting, controls, central plant, and other building systems for energy-saving opportunities, evaluating renewable energy opportunities, preparing technical reports, managing small projects, communicating with clients and internal teams, and adhering to company policies.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree in Engineering with 1+ year of related experience, experience using energy modeling tools, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
