Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Property Manager position in Worcester, MA. You will support 3 sites, totaling 97 units of family housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:Recertifications.Rent collections.Bank deposits.Monthly reporting.Weekly common area inspections.Compliance.Resident relations.Other administrative tasks as needed to support the property management team.Your QualificationsWe are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset will be key to success in this role.Previous experience in property management, including knowledge of the LIHTC program, is required.COS, C3P, or other certifications related to affordable housing are preferred but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with Yardi is preferred.A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between sites.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.We offer highly competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including great health benefits, 13 paid holidays, vacation time, 401k match, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more.
