The AWS Field Experience team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Senior Technical Product Manager to define and drive the strategy and direction for services, making it simpler for our field team to manage, maintain and operate at scale. We will provide products and solutions that help give our talented selling and marketing teams “superpowers” that let them focus on the customer and helping them drive their business. We’re handling massive scale, providing strategic data that drives the AWS business internally, and supporting one of the largest field sales organizations in the world. As a Senior Technical Product Manager on the AFX team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to spearhead generative AI initiatives across product and GTM, enabling intelligent automation, insights generation, and scalable customer engagement, define the development of our services and innovate in the space of Customer Relationship Management . You’ll be chartered with creating and operating new services that collect and store metrics at internet scale, deliver critical capabilities to the field and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
