Housekeeping Attendant – Hotel Candlewood Suites @ NDSU Pay: $15.00–$15.50 per hour Schedule: Day Shift | Minimum 4–6 Hours Daily Weekends & Holidays: Some Required Join Our Award-Winning Housekeeping Team! Candlewood Suites @ NDSU , an extended-stay hotel , is looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our award-winning housekeeping team . Housekeeping Attendant , you'll be responsible for keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Because our hotel features fully equipped kitchens and extended-stay accommodations, attention to detail and pride in your work are especially important. independent, hands-on position where you'll work efficiently on your own while also being part of a team committed to providing an excellent guest experience. What You’ll Do Clean and maintain guest rooms and fully equipped kitchens Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms and other guest-room areas Replace linens, towels, and other in-room items as needed Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, condition, and quality standards are met Identify and replace damaged or missing items Complete deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects as assigned Communicate maintenance or room-quality concerns to the appropriate departments Help maintain a clean, calm, friendly, and comfortable environment for guests and coworkers Work independently while cooperating with the housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards What We're Looking For The ideal Housekeeping Attendant is: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficientlyComfortable performing physically active cleaning work A positive and team-focused individual Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and other hotel departments Committed to providing a clean and comfortable experience for hotel guests Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Schedule This is a day-shift position starting at 9:00 AM daily . Housekeeping shifts end once all assigned department work is completed, with a minimum of 4–6 hours per day . Some weekends and holidays are required.
