Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas OT license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload
• Passion for providing inclusive, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary meetings and collaborate with school staff
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and contribute to a positive educational environment
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to school and district policies
