What you'll need to succeed:

• Current and active Texas State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Robust school-based experience, especially working in elementary and secondary settings
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload, possibly splitting time between two campuses
• Experience with self-contained classrooms and early childhood centers considered a major advantage
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working onsite (remote or virtual work not available)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services within schools
• Partnering with staff and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
