What you’ll bring:

• Active SLP licensure (ASHA CCC required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to supervise an SLPA is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with multiple school teams
• Adaptability to work between 2-3 different schools while being centrally housed

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to K-12 students across multiple schools
• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Supervise and mentor an assigned SLPA as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with educational and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a student-centered support team
• Utilize a workload-driven approach for balanced support and intervention
