Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure (CCC required)
• Experience within school settings preferred
• Leadership/mentorship of SLP Assistants (SLPA) is a plus
• Familiarity with modern workload models is advantageous

Responsibilities/Duties

• Deliver speech and language therapy services across 2-3 schools
• Serve as the supervising SLP for at least one SLPA
• Participate in the district’s workload approach to ensure effective therapy delivery
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support student progress
• Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation
