What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve or maintain patient mobility, function, and independence
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
• Adhere to all relevant compliance and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience, preferably in home health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently

About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Owosso, MI, providing home health occupational therapy services. NO RTO will be accepted for this assignment, and candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are ineligible. The role involves traveling approximately 35-50 miles per day, with mileage paid at the current Federal Rate (to and from the main office only). The dress code is olive green scrubs. Orientation consists of 8 hours, and holiday and OT multipliers apply as specified.
