Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and therapies to individuals, couples, groups, and families.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while strictly adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families affected by a variety of mental health concerns. This includes offering specialized services to those facing terminal illnesses, emotional distress in hospice settings, and other mental health complications. Your role is vital in developing trust with clients, facilitating open communication, and creating a safe environment for them to express their feelings and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience, caseload availability, and individual qualifications.
