Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources, establishing a comprehensive understanding of each individual.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that specify goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Maintain effective collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Perform crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans in cases of acute emotional distress or emergency situations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at increasing clients’ coping skills and fostering peer support.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment progress in line with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
