Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and create comprehensive safety plans in times of urgent need.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connection and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
