Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments for clients, taking into consideration their medical, psychological, and social histories to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, performing immediate risk assessments and safety planning as required to safeguard clients experiencing acute distress.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to treatment reflecting holistic care.

• Guide clients in navigating community resources related to housing, financial assistance, and supportive services, advocating on their behalf as needed.

• Maintain precise, confidential clinical documentation aligned with HIPAA standards, ensuring compliance and keeping records up-to-date.

Compensation and Benefits\n
