As a Bowling Crew Member, you'll greet guests with a smile, serve food and drinks, and help create a fun, welcoming environment for all ages. This role includes everything from running concessions to assisting with lane operations and light maintenance.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet guests and help them get set up with a laneTake and deliver food and beverage orders with great servicePrepare and sell concessionsSupport light lane maintenance and keep accurate logsMaintain a clean and organized work areaOpen and close the bowling center to company standardsOperate the register and reconcile cash and credit reportsFollow all health, safety, and sanitation proceduresJump in where needed to keep the fun rollingQualifications:Requires candidates to be 18 years or olderStrong communication and guest service skillsHigh energy, adaptable, and ready to learnReliable and able to multitask in a busy environmentEngage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reachingCan safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 poundsAvailable to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
