RN - Medical Surgical (Wound Care)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) | 5x8s | 40 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical rehabilitation setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care treatment plans for patients
• Perform wound assessments and apply evidence-based wound care interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress, wound status, and care plans accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Wound Care Certification required
• Experience in medical surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration in a rehab environment
